Description
A continuation of the golang vendored package bloat reduction across observability bosh releases.
golang-1.27-linuxis the only vendored golang package used by system-metrics-scraper-releasegolang-1.27-linuxis also only used as a vendored package, not as a bosh blobThis PR removes:
Reduces final tarball size from ~206MB to ~78MB
Respective changes have been made to the CI jobs that bump the vendored golang packages to avoid an OS that has not previously been vendored in this bosh release.
