gh-139: added a notebook for cosmopower_jax

✨ What’s been added or changed?

Adds tutorials/cosmology/cosmopower_jax_cosmology.ipynb demonstrating the CosmoPower-JAX emulators available in cloelib:

• Validation of linear P(k) against CAMB with relative difference panel
• Comparison of total matter P(k) vs CDM+baryons P_cb(k)
• ΛCDM vs w0waCDM for several dark energy models
• Effect of neutrino mass (0, 1, 3 species) on the power spectrum

🧪 How was it tested?

• Notebook executed end-to-end in the cloe2 conda environment
• Emulator predictions visually validated against CAMB (relative difference < 1% on large scales)

🧠 Anything to keep in mind?

Emulator files are downloaded automatically from Zenodo on first run
