gh-86: Beyond-LCDM Cell likelihood

This is addressing issue #86 . The module has been updated to be compatible with CLOE v0.9 and has additional features and beyond-LCDM models compared to the previous PR.

🔄 Changes

• New cloelike/EuclidLikelihood_photo_Cls_beyond_LCDM.py file that calculates the likelihood for various beyond-LCDM modules.

🛠 How to Test

None at the moment. Including a ipynb in playground to demonstrate.
