Adds rams — a design review skill for UI code. It checks accessibility against WCAG 2.1 (alt text, labels, keyboard access, focus, contrast, touch targets) and visual design (spacing, typography, color, component states), and gives a concrete fix for every finding.
Follows the Agent Skills spec per the Contributing section:
