Adds a Cline workflow for teams that keep project instructions in sync across Cline, Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Copilot, Roo Code, and related coding agents.\n\nThe workflow is intentionally practical: choose a canonical context file, generate Cline's .clinerules and other native instruction files with Pluribus, run validation/audit commands, then commit source + generated targets together.\n\nThis fits the Prompt Library as a workflow rather than a rule because it is a repeatable maintenance task for projects that use Cline alongside other AI coding agents.
