Add a detailed implementation plan for upgrading MCP dependencies and behavior to csharp-sdk 2.0.0 across Agent, Gateway, MCP App, and Client. The plan defines phased tasks, test-first checkpoints, compatibility defaults, rollback controls, and required documentation updates for a safe, verifiable migration.
McpAppServer now normalizes generated local tool names to the `^[a-zA-Z0-9_-]+$` format, including prefix sanitization, dot replacement, and deterministic handling for non-ASCII characters. This prevents invalid tool names when combining manifest prefixes with remote MCP tool names. A new test verifies `grocery.` + `get_stores` becomes `grocery_get_stores` and contains no disallowed characters. The solution file was also updated to include MCP app assets/projects, and gateway settings now include MCP app/compatibility configuration plus an updated default model.
Update `McpAppTests` to assert underscore-delimited tool names (`uiapp_show_dashboard`, `uiapp_app_only_tool`) instead of dot-delimited names. This aligns the tests with the current tool registration naming behavior and keeps the execution-path assertion targeting the correct registered tool.
Update the MiniMax-M2.7 and MiniMax-M3 OpenAI-compatible profiles in the gateway sample configuration so their declared capabilities and endpoints match the current provider parameters: - MiniMax-M2.7: set BaseUrl to the OpenAI-compatible endpoint and raise MaxContextTokens from 128000 to 204800. - MiniMax-M3: set BaseUrl to the OpenAI-compatible endpoint, raise MaxContextTokens from 256000 to 1000000, and declare video input support.
Add an outbound-only Telegram update mode while preserving webhook as the default. Reuse the existing inbound pipeline and allowlist handling, make gateway readiness and security checks mode-aware, and document CLI configuration. Handle Bot API rate limits, conflicts, transient failures, and permanent errors with deterministic offset semantics and focused regression coverage.
