) hbrBackground = 0 en WNDCLASSEX + WM_ERASEBKGND que retorna 1 sin pintar causaba artefactos (fondo negro) al resize/maximizar/restaurar. - Procedures.cs: hbrBackground = (HBRUSH)(COLOR_WINDOW + 1) para Main y Alternative (idiom Win32 canonico; DefWindowProc maneja WM_ERASEBKGND automaticamente con clip rect y tema del sistema) - MasterRouter.cs: retornar 1 solo si painted==true; si no, dejar que DefWindowProc use hbrBackground de clase - Win32.cs + Windowing/Win32.cs: centralizar COLOR_WINDOW (+ TEXT/BTN) en Win32; CoreUiDefaults elimina constantes privadas duplicadas - UiDefaultsProvider.cs: IsInitialized + Application.cs: Debug.Assert para garantizar orden de inicializacion antes de RegisterClassExW Closes #34
