The auto-pin commit used the non-numeric noreply email, which GitHub resolves by login and would stop attributing to the bot after the rename. Switches to the new login name plus the numeric
294648363+...noreply so attribution anchors to the immutable bot user id.Part of the Chronicle GitHub Bot App rename (chronicle-github-bot -> chronicle-github). Merge-safe before the rename; keys on the immutable App ID 4081347 for everything else. sc-18827.
