Remove gameplay screenshots from docs and README - #76

Game footage captures (title screens, races, menus over gameplay, and test/evidence frames) are removed from the current tree. README hero images and screenshot galleries are removed. App icons, branding, and UI-only captures are kept. Evidence notes keep their text records.

Removes Nintendo gameplay and game-screen screenshots from the README and the docs/evidence folders. App icons, logos and app-only UI stay.
Text mentions of the removed filenames remain in the dated evidence notes as a record. None of them were image embeds or links, so nothing renders broken. No script, test or CI file read the removed images. The repo-local link and content checks passed before this PR was opened.
