A packaged Mac runner looks for
Sysat the app root, while SunPad packages it beside the runner inContents/MacOS. Missing font resources can leave the game at a black screen. Update the Apple runtime pins and lock together so local macOS builds resolveSysbeside the actual executable, following symlinks. The Mac packager also now uses
HAVE_PIPE2=OFF, matching the preparation and mobile scripts. Without it, the macOS 27 SDK enables an API unavailable on the declared macOS 14 target, causing a clean package build to fail in curl. The runtime fix is merged in chrissotraidis/RecompCore#35, and the real Common-library regression tests are merged in chrissotraidis/ModernGekko#4. The selected source commits remain exactly those reviewed and tested: RecompCore 724054945a and ModernGekko e29496f. iOS/tvOS retain their existing lookup; the tvOS lane pin is unchanged.
Validation
Contents/MacOS/Sys, loads the private module without a missing-font error, shuts down normally and leaves its isolated save copy unchanged. This is startup-log evidence, not visual or save/reload acceptance. This is separate from draft #57’s personal module recipe. The installed iPhone candidate remains available for the maintainer’s deferred save/controls/audio verdict. Actual desktop save/reload, device feature checks and release approval remain separate gates; no release or performance improvement is claimed.
