Summary

Prepare 6.4.17 with the interrupted guest startup fix from #134. Preserve main ancestry for normal dev-to-main promotion and update the package and lockfile versions together.

Verification

• Fix CI passed, including Node 22/24 quality, CodeQL, dependency review, and container build.
• Regression harness fails on the previous behavior and passes with cancellation recovery and a bounded retry.
• Local validation passed: production build, lint, 173 server tests, 649 frontend tests, and expanded sync fuzz.
• Release and production rollout remain gated on all required checks and no active movie/episode viewers.
