Group Camping Gear under Appointments dropdown#2153

Tessa requested the camping gear dashboard be more accessible in the nav. Rather than a standalone top-level link, it now lives under an "Appointments" dropdown alongside "Tool Lending" (the existing appointments page). This groups the two scheduled-activity views together.

What it does
Converts the standalone "Appointments" and "Camping Gear" nav items into an "Appointments" dropdown with "Tool Lending" and "Camping Gear" as sub-items. Applies to both the sidebar and top nav bar.
Why it is important
Tessa asked for camping gear to be more accessible in the nav. Grouping it under Appointments keeps the top-level nav tidy while putting both daily-schedule views in the same place.
