Tessa requested this be more prominent than a Reports sub-item since librarians use it as an operational daily view. Moved it next to Appointments in the top-level nav and changed the URL from /admin/reports/myturn_reservations to /admin/camping_gear. Added a redirect from the old URL so existing bookmarks still work.

What it does
Moves the camping gear dashboard out of Reports and into the top-level admin nav next to Appointments. Changes the URL from
/admin/reports/myturn_reservationsto/admin/camping_gear. Adds a redirect from the old URL so existing bookmarks still work. Why it is important
Tessa requested this since the dashboard is an operational daily-use page, not a report. Having it in the top-level nav makes it easier to find.
