Xero Endpoint and Services access to allow automation to access Xero.

The Xero endpoints use oauth and REST, but use XML as the encoding. They have published XSD.

Rather than coding a explicit Xero Connector it might be better to introduce some basic functionality:

• A OAUTH HTTP Connector.
• A XPATH tool that will pull values out of the reponse XML and intert into context.
