Add moonshot (api.moonshot.ai) and moonshot-cn (api.moonshot.cn) with kimi-k2.5 and kimi-k2.6. Include cmd/moonshot and cmd/moonshot-cn for regenerating JSON, workflow secrets MOONSHOT_API_KEY and MOONSHOT_CN_API_KEY, and InferenceProviderMoonshot / InferenceProviderMoonshotChina constants.
