Title: Add tests for project/section selection flags and warn when --project_id is ignored

- Add integration tests that cover
doist add with:
--project/-P fuzzy selection--project_id direct selection--section/-S and --section_id when applicable
- Emit a user-facing warning when both
-P/--project and --project_id are provided that the explicit ID is ignored.
Rationale
These flags were introduced to improve UX when creating tasks. Tests will prevent regressions and clarify expected behavior. A warning will help avoid confusion when multiple selection inputs are provided.
Acceptance Criteria
- Tests are added in
tests/commands to validate the flags’ behavior and output.
- CLI emits a clear warning when
--project_id is provided together with -P/--project.
- CI passes.
