Replaces every remaining github.com/oss-aspen/8Knot link with github.com/chaoss/8Knot.
README badges
docs
the visualization issue template
the in-app issue links in login_utils.py and search_utils.py
the OpenShift manifests
The old links only work because GitHub redirects them, so this stops docs and templates pointing at the old org.
How tested
git grep -i oss-aspen shows only the Matrix room name left.
Pre-commit hooks passed on the changed files.
