this PR implements
@pulsein-app tool, which utilizes new scheduler and reply-in-thread workflow nodes and auto-creates web-search-powered workflow for user to get notified on some topic periodically (scheduler -> tool (webSearch) -> llm (aggregate) -> reply-in-thread)Usage example:
