This was green in jenkins-dev but only with a few retries on the cf-net connect command so doesn't really prove much. Seems a pretty safe bet though in general so maybe let's just merge this and hope for the best. I will have to add back in the deb12container ec2 config to our CI before this has any impact. |

In CI we like to use some pretty slow machines so give it some more time and see if things work out. Ticket: ENT-13730 Changelog: none
