Reconcile main with testing. testing was a strict content superset: the Enhanced PET / SUV work and the three earlier commits already existed on main as content-equivalent duplicates, so this merge contributes only the outstanding work from PRs #146 and #147 (structure derivation, DCE-MRI WOG/NaN handling, GUI batch-mode default).
