Build the React shells used by Python route checks, align stale shell tests with the current app, and fix attachment quota and font limit configuration reads.
Update stale integration and helper tests to target current SPA APIs and locally imported dependencies. Isolate descriptor fixtures from the shared database transaction so ASGI sessions observe seeded records.
Use isolated SQLite files and explicit transaction boundaries for store sync tests, and patch scan helpers at their import sources.
Disable sqlite legacy transaction control when the runtime supports the Python 3.12 autocommit API, keeping the old explicit-BEGIN fallback.
Check for an existing running slot before inserting, leaving the unique index to guard simultaneous races. Configure Python 3.12 SQLite transactions at connection creation for rollback coverage.
Fail quickly with a focused log when the SQLite transaction compatibility slice regresses, before spending time on the full core pytest run.
Use pytest monkeypatch for the no-op rollback stub so it cannot leak into later SQLite store-sync tests.
