…ar growth Positions the existing concept/capability_decl/model_decl trio against Elsken et al.'s NAS decomposition (search space / search strategy / performance estimation) and proves the mapping with a second, unrelated domain (threadlab's own fork/intent vocabulary). G21's capability_decl, built for the C-loop optimizer, generalizes without change: no grammar or resolver growth, just check / just resolve both pass, resolution rate unchanged at 18/18. Grounded in a real, dated multi-agent trial rather than hypothesis. Proposed, not ratified: ADR-0018 status is "proposed," ADR item 4 leaves the upstream-vs-downstream placement question open given this repo's proximity to GX. No GATES.md entry added -- this is not claimed as a closed gate. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: cemphlvn <phlvncm@gmail.com>
Gap found by a fresh Prime Agent instance (gpt-5.6-sol) that read this file cold, via proper git transport (pushed to origin, cloned fresh on a second machine, zero prior conversation) as part of threadlab's own cross-machine trial: git_based_ledger declared persistence across sessions/restarts/machines/time but never named the actual multi-writer case a distributed team hits first. Drafted and applied by that same agent, cross-checked by an independently spawned second subagent (grammar-critic, no shared context) against the real EBNF productions before being written -- witness diversity, not a single reader's word. Verified again locally: just check passes, exit 0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com> Signed-off-by: cemphlvn <phlvncm@gmail.com>
