Thanks! I verified the updated peer with the verifypeer handshake tool (#550), retried 3× with a 15s timeout:

  status: unreachable — handshake read tcp ...->5.255.77.237:26656: i/o timeout

The TCP port accepts a connection but the CometBFT secret-connection handshake times out, so the peer can't be authenticated. Closing for now — please reopen once the node is reachable and I'll re-verify and merge.
