Summary

  • Adds Context Panel runtime validation guardrails to AGENTS.md
  • Requires checking active app/widget/refresh-agent roots, storage roots, and signed-runtime behavior before calling provider/UI fixes ready
  • Keeps recovery tracking in GitHub issues rather than local plan files
