Uploading real data now fulfills the banner's replace-it promise: the commit path removes demo-batch rows plus manifest-tracked demo budgets/groups atomically with the import, and both preview cards warn beforehand. Demo-to-demo commits skip replacement. Round-trip, idempotency, corruption, and preview-notice tests included. Full suite 1116 passed; lint/typecheck/format/build green.
