[agentbridge-fixer]

Selecting an older session on reconnect left the previous session's messages in the chat panel. Now the chat is cleared and restored from the newly selected session (.current-session-id).

• AcpConnectPanel: SessionChoice.Older returns true (reset chat)
• ChatToolWindowContent: on reconnect with that flag, clear and call restoreConversation

Not built or tested locally.
