…ipt 7 Grouped PRs now only carry minor/patch updates; majors get their own PRs so one breaking bump doesn't block the rest. TypeScript majors are ignored for now since 7.0 breaks the heft build (#465). Grouped Dependabot PRs now carry only minor/patch updates; majors open individually so one breaking bump doesn't block the rest. TypeScript majors are ignored for now — 7.0 fails the heft build in #465 (
