- Because this workflow is triggered by
issues.opened,context.payload.issueis only the event-time snapshot. If a reporter fills in the body before the job starts, this predicate still sees the stale empty template and closes the now-populated issue. Fetch the current issue withgithub.rest.issues.getbefore applying the predicate (and closing it).
