What this PR does / why we need it:

This PR restricts the range of device and application server ports that can be specified for the enhanced flow

  • Limit device ports, if specified, to a single port, otherwise any port is assumed
  • Rename devicePorts to devicePort
  • Limit application server ports to one range or one single port
  • Add additional examples

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

Fixes #581
