Added Functionality:
-Stream_Downloader will check and remove dead cameras from list of active camera's .
-List of active cameras will reset to master list of all earth cameras every two hours so we can see if certain cameras are active during only part of the day.
Updated image naming scheme to allow for multiple images downloaded in the same second to correctly save individually.
