💡 What: Chained .lazy before .filter operations that feed into .count or .sorted(), and replaced checking .isEmpty on a filtered array with .contains(where:).
🎯 Why: Eager .filter operations allocate intermediate arrays, which causes unnecessary memory churn and overhead in SwiftUI computed properties during frequent UI updates.
📊 Impact: Prevents multiple intermediate array allocations per UI cycle, improving rendering performance and reducing memory overhead.
🔬 Measurement: Observe memory allocations in Instruments during UI state changes (e.g., selecting items) to verify reduced intermediate array creation.
