Cut release v0.2.0 #11

The latest release is v0.1.1 (Sep 9). Since then main has gained the new dashboard, the symmetry engine, the Windows installer, a Homebrew cask, a Dockerfile and the README rework.

Checklist

• Merge the README/install/packaging changes (Demo GIF, Windows/Homebrew/Docker installs, Tor guide, flaky test fix #12).
• git tag -a v0.2.0 origin/main -m "v0.2.0" && git push origin v0.2.0
• Optional: create the bytestrix/homebrew-tap repo and add a HOMEBREW_TAP_TOKEN Actions secret. Without it, GoReleaser skips the Homebrew upload.
• Check the release page, then test install.sh and install.ps1.
• Update the AUR PKGBUILD version and checksums.
