The README claimed the site would be live "after Phase 4". It has been live since Phase 1. Replaced with the URL and two copy-pasteable curl examples, both run against the live API before committing. Adds CONTRIBUTING.md and two issue templates. For a registry, the most valuable inbound is "this price is wrong, here is the provider URL", so the data correction template asks for exactly that and nothing else. The add-a-model template states up front that coverage is curated and that image, video, audio and embedding models are out of scope, which saves both sides a round trip. CONTRIBUTING also states the thing that is otherwise surprising: the scrapers own the fields they can read, so hand-correcting a price the provider page disagrees with will be reverted by the next scrape.
