Closes the next real M3 evidence gap by deriving the canonical E02 pristine-detectability experiment from the source-bound TinyDev detector rows rather than treating detector calibration as an E02 substitute.

• adds a self-hashed TinyDev E02 evidence artifact for Mean and Weighted Mean
• rebuilds the canonical DevelopmentCalibrationBinding from the 100 real calibration-negative rows, preserving the E02 development scope instead of aliasing the detector pilot's calibration bundle
• executes run_e02_pristine_detectability on the exact eight real attack-development rows
• binds every E02 family result back to the source detector-family hash and corpus artifact
• keeps the artifact explicitly DEVELOPMENT_ONLY; Bayesian E02 remains a separate M3 requirement
• updates the real TinyDev workflow to emit tiny-dev-e02-evidence.json alongside the corpus and detector artifacts
• adds tamper-evidence, scope, source-binding, and operating-point regressions
