Adds a strict JSON replay boundary for generated TinyDev artifacts so real corpus files can be consumed by later detector/calibration/M6 stages without trusting raw JSON dictionaries.

• reconstructs every nested prompt, sample, model/tokenizer identity, generation config, watermark condition, token track, manifest, cell, and top-level artifact through the existing self-validating dataclasses
• rejects duplicate JSON keys, non-finite numbers, unknown/missing schema fields, invalid enums, nested hash tampering, non-UTF-8 files, and oversized inputs
• requires the serialized artifact to be canonical JSON by default, allowing only the exact canonical form with an optional final newline
• exposes parse_tiny_dev_corpus_json and load_tiny_dev_corpus_json through the corpus public API
• adds roundtrip, file-load, tamper, duplicate-key, unknown-field, noncanonical, and non-finite regressions

This is infrastructure for replaying the real 208-sample TinyDev artifact merged in #28/#29; it does not create new scientific claims.
