test(e2e): add playwright suite from the functional test cases by Rl0007 · Pull Request #83 · bwhtech/wikify

The 5 Oct functional test run was done by hand, so checking a fix against it meant repeating 55 cases.
A Playwright suite in frontend/e2e/ now runs those cases. Bugs from that run are expected failures linked to their issues, so a fixed bug shows up as "expected to fail, but passed".

Copy frontend/e2e/.env.e2e.example to .env.e2e (a System Manager user and its API keys), then run from frontend/:

The AI tests were run with Settings > Models > Local models on (Sonnet through the Claude CLI), which is not identical to production.

Verification

wikify.localhost, one background worker:

@smoke: 9 passed.
@functional: 41 expected, 2 flaky (F-AGENT-01, F-AGENT-04 passed on retry), 2 skipped. The two crop tests that failed in that run were fixed and passed in a rerun of crop, smoke, publish and tree (29 expected, 1 skipped).
@negative: 5 passed; F-TREE-07 passed in the same rerun after a fix.
Known failures: F-PARSE-01 Import progress text, Pages and Started don't update while a job runs #48, F-PARSE-03 Remediate flagged resets every other page to its unremediated text #31, F-PARSE-05 Add a Reclassify action to the import page #33, F-ASK-02 Ask conversation is deleted on one click, without confirmation #53, F-PUB-01 Publish dialog doesn't show which pages will be created #44, F-PUB-02 Text of a parent section is missing from the published wiki #30, F-AGENT-06 Editing one page overwrites every section on that page #21, F-AGENT-09 Asked to crop a figure, the assistant points to the wiki editor instead of the crop dialog #38, F-AGENT-11 Stop doesn't stop the assistant, and blocks the next prompt #24, F-AGENT-13 After one long tool-heavy turn, the assistant forgets the conversation #25. Skipped: F-PUB-05 (blocked by A 400-page PDF never finishes importing and stays on Remediating forever #22). Fixme: F-PARSE-06 (needs a 400-page PDF).
