fix: drop the blue focus ring on editor inputs - #19

frappe-ui's forms reset adds a blue box-shadow ring on focus, which showed inside the answer tiles, around the quiz title and on .field inputs, clashing with the theme.

Problem
When typing in the quiz editor, a thin blue browser focus ring showed inside the answer tiles, around the quiz title and on
.fieldinputs. It comes from the forms reset in frappe-ui and clashes with the theme.Solution
Add
focus:ring-0to the answer and title inputs, matching the join page, and setbox-shadow: nonein.field:focus.Before
