fix(demo): seed the demo in the company's own currency and chart of accounts

1. Installing the demo data on a company that was not in Saudi riyal or Indian rupee, for example an Indonesian company, switched the whole company to Saudi riyal. Its currency, every account in its chart of accounts, its price lists and the site country were all rewritten.
2. On a company whose chart of accounts has no "Freight and Forwarding Charges" account, such as an Indonesian chart, the demo's background job stopped with "Could not find Shipping Account: Freight and Forwarding Charges".
3. The demo now uses the company's own currency and no longer changes the company or its accounts. Indonesian rupiah gets local prices the way Saudi riyal and Indian rupee already did. Any other currency, such as Malaysian ringgit or Brazilian real, is converted from the demo's dollar prices at the USD exchange rate.
4. When the chart of accounts has no freight account, the demo creates one.
5. Installing the demo before the setup wizard is finished now says "Please set up a company first" straight away, instead of failing later in a background job.
