Summary

allow webhook bearer tokens to be loaded from a file when no inline token is configured
preserve existing inline-token precedence and fail closed when the file cannot be read
document and test the new configuration, including MMM-Config schema coverage

Validation

npm run check (145 tests)
git diff --check
clean-clone production dependency install
Node 22.22.2 and Node 24.19.0 available on the target mirrors
