What changed\n\n- upgrade actions/checkout from v4 to v6\n- upgrade actions/setup-node from v4 to v6\n- upgrade pnpm/action-setup from v4 to v6\n\n## Why\n\nThe previous action releases target the deprecated Node.js 20 action runtime. GitHub was forcing them onto Node.js 24 and annotating every matrix job.\n\n## Impact\n\nNo product behavior changes. CI keeps testing Node.js 22 and 24 on Linux, macOS, and Windows while using maintained action runtimes.\n\n## Validation\n\n- pnpm check (22 tests)\n- pnpm build
