Summary

Reconciles the original Vercel Web Analytics intent onto reviewed master at d2f502709f3a3f3dbdf74609c3c73ef347109f7c, with current master as authority.

• Keeps the existing analytics loader on index.html.
• Adds the official static HTML queue + /_vercel/insights/script.js loader to checklist.html, thanks.html, nft.html, privacy.html, terms.html, and links.html.
• Adds a regression gate that scans every deployable root HTML source and every built dist page, requiring exactly one queue loader and exactly one insights script.
• Preserves the privacy analytics disclosure and exact 90-day affiliate/UTM attribution retention assertions.

TDD evidence

The regression test was added before the page changes. Its RED run produced 12 expected failures: one source and one built-output failure for each of the six missing pages. After the minimal loader additions, the targeted suite passed all 15 analytics assertions.

• No workflow change or production-truth-gate weakening
• No lockfile change
• No stale domains, checkout, mint, publisher, pricing, or fulfillment claims restored
• Reviewed waitlist-only/commercial/provenance behavior from PR Disable unverified commercial and mint rails #2 remains authoritative

This PR remains draft and is not merged. No production deploy or publish command was invoked; repository-configured preview checks may run automatically after the branch update.
