This plugin patches rails 2.3 to handle errors during parameter parsing in the same way that it handles exceptions raised from your controller actions.

Existing Rails 2.3 behavior without this plugin:

A parameter parsing error would be caught by failsafe, return 500, and would skip over hooks in standard exception notification plugin.

Rails 2.3 behavior with this plugin installed:

A parameter parsing error will be caught in rack middleware and then re-raised after dispatch so that rescue_action hooks can catch it, and so that exception notification plugin hooks can also catch.
