Copy a QuestionnaireResponse from the forms tester to the fhirpath tester

When a QR response is displayed, have an icon that opens the fhirpath tester with that QR selected as the resource, and the expression set to select the first item.

Will be helpful when writing expressions to further refine a Questionnaire. It's quite possible to do this manually, but this would save a few keystrokes.

This is a great idea, but need to work on the user interaction much more to be able to refine the experience, so the correct expression, and all appropriate variables are extracted to the fhirpath tester too.
