Make Space toggle Start/Stop
Make the ` key toggle the timer mode
Activate application and make settings window the front window when the view appears
- Unfortunately this doesn't do anything if the view already exists; right now this is the best workaround possible
Fix rendering of notification permission status and add UI test for regression check
