Adds support for intervention/image v3.

And some backwards-compatibility functionality, e.g. mapping of legacy modifier names and callbacks to wrap modifiers that have the same name but changed their signature.
This PR has some out-of-the-box support for v2 and allows both versions. Support for v2 will be dropped in a future release.
