`hermes:topological_sort_components` is `true` by default and runs the topological sort algorithm. Setting it to `false` disables the topological sort. `hermes:debug_component_order` is an integer, 0 (off) by default. Setting to `1` prints the input and sorted component order. Setting to `2` prints the permissions of each component.
Section in the developer manual on how to debug component ordering. Describes how to disable sorting and how to print the component order and their permissions.
Other boundaries have permissions `writeBoundaryFinalIfSet`.
