Mirror the agentops 3.0 doctrine-ship convergence into the doctrine source repo. The agentops-showcase site now hosts /sovereignty-proof, a public running ledger of /council --mixed runs where Codex judges surfaced load-bearing findings that all-Claude councils missed. What changes - README.md: adds 'Single-runtime by default. Cross-vendor where it pays.' paragraph after the Solution section, with a callout pointing at https://12factoragentops.com/sovereignty-proof. - PRODUCT.md: sharpens the 'Vendor-neutral doctrine' core value prop to explicitly name single-runtime as the default install path and cross-vendor as a falsifiable capability whose justification lives in the standing proof artifact, not in the install matrix. Why The council convergence on 2026-05-18 called for mixed-model capability to stay visible as load-bearing proof of the sovereignty thesis rather than buried as opt-in obscurity. The showcase shipped the proof page; this commit keeps the doctrine source in step so the reference-implementation README, the showcase site, and the doctrine docs all carry the same line. Out of scope - Factor docs (factors/05-validate-externally.md etc.) — too high- leverage to retouch without a focused factor-update epic. - The 6 operational non-negotiables that ship inside the agentops reference implementation — those land in boshu2/agentops PRs per the slice-1..7 cohort. Source - Council: boshu2/agentops .agents/council/2026-05-18-validate-agentops-3.0-doctrine.md - Plan: boshu2/agentops-showcase .agents/plans/2026-05-18-agentops-3.0-doctrine-ship.md - Sister PR: boshu2/agentops-showcase#28 (merged, commit 6b02591)

Mirrors the agentops 3.0 doctrine-ship convergence into the doctrine source repo, keeping the agentops reference implementation README, the showcase site copy, and the 12-factor doctrine source all on the same line.
Sister change
6b02591) — added the/sovereignty-proofpage and the showcase README hero callout. What changes
README.md: New paragraph + callout after the Solution section. Names single-runtime as the default install path; names cross-vendor coordination as a falsifiable capability whose justification lives in the standing proof artifact rather than the install matrix.PRODUCT.md: Sharpens the "Vendor-neutral doctrine" core value prop with the same framing. Why
The council convergence on 2026-05-18 called for mixed-model capability to stay visible as load-bearing proof of the sovereignty thesis, not buried as opt-in obscurity. The proof is not a benchmark — the v1 workbench is saturated. The proof is real `/council --mixed` runs where Codex judges surfaced load-bearing findings that all-Claude councils missed (F6 citation-feedback misjoin, F7 hook asymmetry, the rpi-leanness reframe).
