docs: compare T3 nightly capabilities and bridge limits - #184
The T3 comparison still named 0.1.0 as the latest stable release and did not cover the newer terminal commands or native pull-request lookup.
Update the comparison to stable 0.1.1 and the reviewed nightly 3486 scope. Explain queue-only terminal sends, wait exit codes, the limits of native PR lookup, and why Swarmail's current steering notices clear snooze. T3 rejects notification steering and promotion of queued notifications, so this documents the constraint without claiming a bridge fix or changing delivery.
T3's terminal send cannot replace Swarmail's active steering. Native PR lookup cannot replace its provider history, session IDs, roster matching or chain reporting. No integration is widened.
Validation: repository checks and diff check passed. Local standards, spec and impact review passed against the exact nightly source. A five-case executable probe of the generated notice and upstream admission predicates confirmed the snooze/steering constraint; it did not run a live T3 server. The public export scan found nine existing author-name notices in unchanged license/plugin/changelog files and no new private material or secrets. No README or usage-guide changes require the docs behavior eval.
Review service availability: cubic reports its reviewed-line limit reached; Greptile reports the 50-credit trial limit reached. Both are skipped under the standing quota policy. CodeRabbit completed the comparison review without actionable source findings. Its description warning is addressed by the Unreleased changelog entry and completed checklist below. Linux and Windows CI passed on the comparison commit; Linux CI passed on the changelog commit; Windows CI is pending. CodeRabbit reported its included review limit reached on final head 8d72cf4, so that review is skipped under the standing quota policy. The final changelog addition passed local review and repository checks.
The checks in the README's Development section pass (bun run check).
A change users will notice has a CHANGELOG.md entry under Unreleased.

📝 Walkthrough
The T3 provider coverage documentation now distinguishes nightly-source findings from stable-release and live-client verification. It also describes terminal commands, pull-request lookup behavior, and bridge behavior related to snooze and concurrent lifecycle changes.
