Prepare MintPRINT 1.3.1 release

Summary

• bump MintPrint Settings and its AmigaGuide metadata to 1.3.1 (03.09.2026)
• promote the merged issue Wordworth documents not printing at all on Canon TS8360 using MintPrint 1.3.0 preferences. #91 fixes from Unreleased into a 1.3.1 changelog section
• replace the README and Aminet release summaries with the focused 1.3.1 changes
• identify driver revision 41.17 as the final driver bundled with this release

Release notes

MintPRINT 1.3.1 is a corrective release for two issues fixed in #92:

• Query Printer selections now remain synchronised with the saved Unit config, including on the AmigaOS 2.x-compatible event path.
• RAM/T: jobs now appear in View Spooler while active; failed rendered jobs remain available for Retry, Copies or Delete, while successful jobs still clean up automatically.

The driver itself is not bumped again here: #92 already advanced it to 41.17.

Testing

• Version and release-documentation changes only; normal CI should confirm the tree remains clean.
