Adds explicit acknowledgement of Andreas Stürmer, author of AmiAirPrint, for the friendly cross-project collaboration that helped MintPRINT 1.3.0: sharing compatibility findings and recent fixes, allowing implementation comparison, and helping identify gaps in classic application and printer compatibility.
This only updates the GitHub README and Aminet readme credits. No code or release behaviour changes.
